Salon Policy

  • Out of respect for the guests on our wait-list, we kindly require that you provide a 48-hour notice for cancellations. This will allow us time to fill the appointment. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

    Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. If you no show your appointment without any communication, you will be charged for the FULL-service amount.

    If you have canceled and/or no-showed for two appointments, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.

    *We understand that illness and emergent situations occur, these instances will be taken into consideration.

  • We understand, life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late please text/ cal (937)931-9311 to communicate this to your stylist. We don’t over book so your time, is your time the appointment may have to be rescheduled if we suspect your appointment will run over the time scheduled. We will always do our best to get you in, but please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late and we will do the same. Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy.)

  • We accept cards and cash. Service fees are non refundable.

  • Please come alone to your appointment unless you are the guardian of a client that is under 18.

    Parents must stay with children during the entire time of the appointment.
